You can cancel unshipped items or request a return at any time from your account — no email required.

Sign in with the email you used at checkout. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you'll see a Cancel items button. Once your order has been delivered, you'll see a Request return button. After you submit a request, we'll email you a confirmation right away.
EU & UK customers: your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you may:
- Use the online cancellation/return function in your account (fastest), or
- Contact us via our contact page with an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw, or
- Use the model withdrawal form below (not obligatory).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period extends to the next business day.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, at no fee to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed personal-care products (such as bath and body items) that have been unsealed after delivery. Unopened items in their original seal are always eligible.
