Inside the formula — seven pure herbs

Each ball is pure botanical: every herb nine-times steamed, boiled and sun-dried (九蒸九煮九晒), then milled, filtered and concentrated the traditional way.

• Mugwort leaf (艾叶) — traditionally used to warm the meridians and dispel cold and damp
• Dried ginger (干姜) — traditionally used to expel chill from the ground up
• Sichuan pepper (花椒) — traditionally used to warm and dry dampness, with a gentle tingle
• Atractylodes (苍术) — traditionally used to strengthen the spleen and lift heaviness
• Poria (茯苓) — traditionally used to drain dampness and calm the mind
• Chenpi (陈皮) — aged tangerine peel, traditionally used to move qi, with a mellow citrus scent
• Sweetflag (石菖蒲) — traditionally used to open the channels of the feet and refresh the senses
