Most brands hide their factory. We are one.
Every Verdalence ball is pressed on our own floor. Mugwort, aged ginger, atractylodes, Sichuan pepper, poria and aged tangerine peel — weighed, pressed, wrapped. Most of what comes off that floor leaves under somebody else's name, which is usually the part that matters if you're reading this page.
There are two ways to work with us. They are genuinely different, so pick the one that sounds like you.
1 · Stock our line
For shops, apothecaries, medical halls, clinics and spa retail counters.
You put our balls on your shelf under our name. This is the low-commitment route — you're testing whether your customers want a Chinese herbal bath at all, and you shouldn't have to buy a pallet to find out.
- Minimum order: 50 pieces. Mixed SKUs are fine — take ten of five different things if that's what your shelf needs.
- Wholesale pricing and the full line sheet go out by email the same day you ask.
- Reorders have no minimum.
What sells at a counter: our Heritage line names the herb, not a mood. Mugwort is called mugwort. Nothing in the range is called Renew. People choose it by how they've been feeling — cold hands all winter, wired and can't sleep, heavy and foggy in the mornings — which turns a price comparison into a two-minute conversation. Two-minute conversations are what actually move product off a shelf.
2 · Your label on it
For brands with their own formula, and for herb shops, clinics and confinement-care businesses whose name already means something to their customers.
- Your formula, pressed as written. Send us the recipe and we press exactly that — your herbs, your weights.
- Or start from ours and change it. Adjustments are expected, not an inconvenience.
- Custom moulds. Want a shape nobody else has? We cut the mould to your drawing and it stays yours — if you ever walk away, it walks with you.
- White label. Unbranded stock for shops doing their own packaging locally.
- Runs start at 1,000 pieces, depending on the product.
- Samples are paid, and the cost comes off your first order — we'd rather you hold one in your hand before committing to anything.
The part people ask about third when they should ask first: your formula stays yours. We don't keep it, don't reuse it, and don't press it for anyone else. Same for the mould and the artwork. We hold the machine, not the recipe.
What we press
The Heritage line — the herb is the product name. Eight-Herb Mugwort Foot-Soak Ball, and a sixteen-ball keepsake tin built on the same traditional formula. This is the line that proves we know the herbs.
Six 220g scent balls — Chenpi English Breakfast Tea, Vanilla Jasmine, Green Tea Grape, Mystic Oud Blossom, Creamy Peach Rush, Minty Lemon Spark. This is the line that proves we can build to a brief that isn't ours.

Paperwork you can actually check
- FDA MoCRA registered.
- SDS and the full INCI list for any formula, sent the moment you ask. No chasing, no waiting weeks.
- Independently tested by a CMA-accredited laboratory.
Start a conversation
Email cynthia@verdalenceglobal.org and tell us what you want to make — or what you'd want on your shelf.
A photo of a product you like, a rough recipe, or just a sentence about your customers is enough to get a real answer with numbers in it. Reply and we'll send a short clip of one of these dissolving in water, the spec sheet, and pricing.
If we're not the right fit, tell us what you actually need instead — sometimes we know who is.
